So every once in awhile I run a crossed people I just don't get.  I thought I would share the amusing exchanges here -  Buyer purchased a Body Spray in Japanese Cherry Blossom on my Ebay Site.  She leaves me a Neutral Rating, stating she did not like the scent.  That happens, I expect that selling fragrances.   2 weeks later she opens a case through Ebay, stating that she never received her item and wants a refund - huh?  I respond that she left me a Neutral, did she not receive or not like?  She says oh yes, I want a refund, I don't like.   Hmmmm. --------------- Buyer purchased a roll-on and ordered Grape Gumdrops – she sent this email Buyer - I did select the tab for contact seller then it asked me to select the reason of which I said I was really looking for regular banana but since you didn't have that scent, I thought banana cream pie would suffice but I did not like the smell. The stronger the scent the longer you perceive it will last. People think the scent is fading when it may not be - Our olfactory sensory neurons adapt to the repetitive odor-ant stimuli by reducing their rate of firing. A little background on our Fragrances. Due to the complexity of mixing fragrances and ensuring they match the name, we purchase all of our fragrances pre-mixed.  This is why we do not offer special mixes.  Due to this and purchasing volume, is the reason we will not just add a scent per a request. Do we cut our oils?  Let me give you some background on how Fragrance Oils work.  3 Types Fragrance Oils - These oils are blended synthetic aroma compounds or natural essential oils that are diluted with a carrier like propylene glycol, vegetable oil, or mineral oil.  Fragrance oils are diluted at very low levels – diluted at levels not skin safe.  This way we can dilute with lotion, spray or whatever product you order. Perfume Oils – are diluted with a higher concentrations of propylene glycol, to make it safe for the skin and due to the fact propylene glycol has no scent.  Typically will see this in Roll-ons. A little history on scentsandstuff - http://www.scentsandstuff.com We started many years ago with markets and at home parties.  I have a love/hate relationship with markets – while some love selling at markets, we felt it was mostly 8 hours of wasted time.  There were markets that we did well at and some were a complete loss.  When I started this venture, I was barely making ends meet, using a credit card to make it through the month.  We decided to work some markets for extra cash, but deciding on the product is the most important part.  We decided to start with something that if we got stuck with, could be of use.  I found a wholesaler of fragrance oil lamps and fragrance oils and decided to start there, working all week and spending every weekend at the market.  There was not a lot of competition when we started, but we started prior to the big Scentsy boom.  Once Scentsy and other competitors hit hard, we hit quit a few markets in a row that bombed, then the ma
