Fading Scents Vs Strong Scents

The stronger the scent the longer you perceive it will last. People think the scent is fading when it may not be - Our olfactory sensory neurons adapt to the repetitive odor-ant stimuli by reducing their rate of firing. Therefore we perceive the smell to be fading, allowing us to adapt to our environment and perceive new smells. So sometimes you have to reapply due to the fact you think the scent is fading. Stronger scents that I carry – Many of the Fruit and Floral scents are strong and long lasting Aromatics Baby Grace Cashmere mist Candy Fluff Chanel 5 Chance Type Chloe Euphoria Type J’adore Type Love Spell Type Musk Jovan Type Opium Shampure Type Wild Musk Type I know there are many more – if you have a certain scent in mind, send me a note and I will give you my impression of the scent.

Other Reasons to Use Scents

SCENTS TO MAKE YOU SMELL YOUNGER Harrods' Roja Dove picks his favorite perfumes to make others think we're slim, sexy, sporty or sophisticated. FLIRT WITH FLORALS Floral perfumes can take years off a woman, as long as the smell is subtle. However, if it's cloying or overpowering, the effect can be ageing.  Vivacious yet subtle scents of peony, lily of the valley and orange blossom will evoke images of spring and youth. Try Perfumes such as Balenciaga's Florabotanica or Love Story from Chloe.  RAMP UP YOUR SEX APPEAL Vanilla is an aphrodisiac that enhances sensations of pleasure across the central nervous system. Therefore, it's no wonder that so many perfumes use vanilla as a base note. Applied to the nape of the neck or dabbed lightly behind the ears, the smell is intensely seductive. For serious sex appeal you need a slightly heavier scent, one which comes from the perfume group we call the Orientals. These are perfumes based on vani

About Our Fragrances

A little background on our Fragrances. Due to the complexity of mixing fragrances and ensuring they match the name, we purchase all of our fragrances pre-mixed.  This is why we do not offer special mixes.  Due to this and purchasing volume, is the reason we will not just add a scent per a request. Do we cut our oils?  Let me give you some background on how Fragrance Oils work.  3 Types Fragrance Oils - These oils are blended synthetic aroma compounds or natural essential oils that are diluted with a carrier like propylene glycol, vegetable oil, or mineral oil.  Fragrance oils are diluted at very low levels – diluted at levels not skin safe.  This way we can dilute with lotion, spray or whatever product you order. Perfume Oils – are diluted with a higher concentrations of propylene glycol, to make it safe for the skin and due to the fact propylene glycol has no scent.  Typically will see this in Roll-ons. Body Oils – are diluted with a higher concentrati

New Scents and Opportunities for Free Product

We only have 3 suggestions, 1 scent, I already carry one that is already very close and 1 of the scent suggestions are not available.  So I will need many more comments before we pick a winner, keep them coming! We are still looking for a scent we like - keep adding -  I am trying to free up some space in our shop, so we are phasing out quite a few scents that are slow sellers.  I would like to try adding limited scents that are suggested by customers.  This would be a limited scent that we would offer, only until our supply runs out. ** Suggest a new scent for our limited scent.  I will review the suggestions and may or may not pick your scent but if I do pick your scent to use for our limited scent, I will contact you and you will receive a free 1 oz Roll on Perfume Oil in that scent.  Once we hit 15 or more suggestions, I will pick a winner, so watch your email.  How to enter - On the bottom of this page there is a comment section.  Click Comment as and Pick Anonym
